What does the Document Fee cover? This one-time, non-refundable fee officially secures the property in your name and removes it from the market. It also covers all backend administrative costs, including:

- Drafting your legally binding Purchase Agreement and Land Contract.

- Setting up your secure online portal for monthly payments.
