3. Property Information and Due Diligence

While we strive for accuracy, Wild Acres Land LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of property descriptions, boundaries, zoning, or utility availability.

User Responsibility: It is the user’s sole responsibility to perform due diligence before making a purchase. This includes verifying access, zoning laws, building codes, and physical inspections.

Errors and Omissions: We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies in listings at any time without prior notice.

4. Terms of Sale

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. A property is not "reserved" until a deposit or documentation is signed.

Financing: If "Owner Financing" is offered, specific terms will be outlined in a separate Promissory Note and Land Contract.

Closing Costs: Responsibility for taxes, recording fees, and closing costs will be specified in the individual sales agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild Acres Land LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of your use of the Site or the purchase of any property listed herein.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the Site for fraudulent purposes, attempt to scrape data, or misrepresent their identity or financial ability.
